Join Hannah for our beginners course held over 6 consecutive weeks in our Grange studio. Each week we will focus on a specific group of poses including standing poses, balances, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions. Our final class includes a full spectrum flow to bring it all together and give you the confidence to continue your yoga journey. We will teach you some basic yogic philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation & anatomy and show you pose modifications if you need them, enabling you to find your personal yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Our beginner course is designed with absolute beginners in mind but is also suitable for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the basics.
