In the interests of all our wonderful students, to improve efficiency when 'checking in' for classes, and to ensure no-one misses out on the classes they wish to attend, we are introducing a new booking & cancellation policy with effect from 1st February. Please read on for the important details, and don't hesitate to contact us or speak to one of the team if you have any questions or concerns.

With effect from February 1 all classes should be booked and paid for in advance online. We will be phasing out cash and Eftpos payments in the studios.

We highly recommend you download the SoHo Yoga BNE App for iPhone or Android to your smart phone to make it easier to manage your account and your class schedule on the go.

N.B. Concession rates cannot be purchased online. Please call 07 3180 1686 to book & buy over the phone and you will be required to produce concession ID on arrival at the studio.

If you are unable to attend class you must cancel your reservation at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow wait-listed students the opportunity to attend.

If you do not cancel at least 30 minutes in advance, students on a 5 or 10-class pass or paying the casual rate will forfeit the class, i.e. the class will be deducted from your pass.

Members and students on an unlimited contract, unlimited pass or intro pass will be charged a nominal $5 late cancellation/no-show fee if a booking is not cancelled at least 30 minutes in advance.

If you are added to a class from the wait list you should now receive a notification via email/SMS at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time (please ensure your account settings are enabled for email/SMS notifications).

If you are no longer able to attend please login to your account, or reply to the SMS, to cancel your attendance so the next student on the wait list has the opportunity to attend.

N.B. You can track your wait listed classes, and your position in line, from the SoHo Yoga BNE App.

We appreciate your support and we will of course be lenient during the transition period as students get used to the new system. And as always we understand that unforeseen events or emergencies will occasionally hinder your attempts to get to class, in which case simply give us a call on 07 3180 1686.
