Beginners Yoga 6-Week Course

Join Georgina for our beginners course held over 6 consecutive weeks in our Ascot studio.  Each week we will focus on a specific group of poses including standing poses, balances, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions. Our final class includes a full spectrum flow to bring it all together and give you the confidence to continue your yoga journey. We will teach you some basic yogic philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation & anatomy and show you pose modifications if you need them, enabling you to find your personal yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Our beginner course is designed with absolute beginners in mind but is also suitable for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the basics.  We take our time exploring alignment principles and finding a functional practice for every individual. Investment $140.

I believe this has been a life changing experience. I can already feel a difference in my physical strength and flexibility however the spiritual side was wonderful, i feel more in touch with myself as well as the world around me. Our kids’ yoga classes with Mum of four Nicole Sanders incorporate a combination of energetic & challenging poses to help develop strength, flexibility and balance, along with relaxation, breathing & meditation techniques aimed at improving concentration, confidence and self-worth in a fun, creative and supportive environment. Children will develop life-long skills to help them manage stress and find inner peace and happiness in this challenging and ever demanding world. Term Pass $99. N.B. Nurture and nourish you and your growing baby with a series of strengthening and opening yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditations to help you connect with your body, cultivate calm and prepare for labour and childbirth in a safe and supportive environment. $110 for 5-Weeks.
