Beginners Yoga 6-Week Course

Join Amanda for our beginners course held over 6 consecutive weeks in our new Ascot studio.  Each week we will focus on a specific group of poses including standing poses, balances, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions. Our final class includes a full spectrum flow to bring it all together and give you the confidence to continue your yoga journey. We will teach you some basic yogic philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation & anatomy and show you pose modifications if you need them, enabling you to find your personal yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Our beginner course is designed with absolute beginners in mind but is also suitable for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the basics.  We take our time exploring alignment principles and finding a functional practice for every individual. Investment $140.

Pregnancy Yoga 6-Week Course

Join Kathleen Altarelli & Miriam Van Doorn in our beautiful Ascot studio to discover the many benefits of yoga for expectant mums. Nurture and nourish you and your growing baby with a series of strengthening and opening yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditations to help you connect with your body, cultivate calm and prepare for labour and childbirth in a safe and supportive environment. $130 for 6 weeks. Bookings preferred.

Drop-ins welcome at the casual rate of $25 per class.
