restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (our relaxation response) and promote healing at a deep cellular level in the body. Using props to the support the body in a series of poses held for 5 - 15 minutes, restorative yoga is ideal for anyone suffering from stress or anxiety or simply seeking time out from a busy schedule to completely switch off. Incorporating meditation and yoga nidra (guided relaxation) our Relax & Restore classes are offered every Wednesday in our Fortitude Valley studio and 2nd & 4th Friday of the month in our Newmarket studio.
