Residential Retreat with Amanda Zdanowicz & Miriam Van Doorn
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION - 1 SPOT REMAINING.
The concept of balance in yoga is much more than standing on one leg. On this 4-day/3-night retreat we will explore the duality of Yin & Yang, and the need for both aspects in order to complete wholeness. Join Amanda & Miriam to explore the constantly changing nature of Yin & Yang, with asana and meditation practices that complement the rhythms & cycles of nature and restore balance to our daily lives.
