The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal to bring balance, energise and heal our bodies. In this workshop we will work with several pranayama (breath control) techniques, combined with movement and meditation to increase or decrease the flow of energy, release energetic blockages and begin to shift energy up through the chakras. You will deepen your knowledge of the subtle energy body, learn about the 3 primary nadis (energy channels) and explore their relationship to the 7 key chakras (energy centres). This workshop is suitable for students with a regular yoga practice who wish to explore some deeper pranayama techniques, and begin to awaken the inherent potential energy within.
