The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal to bring balance, energise and heal our bodies. In this workshop we will work with several pranayama (breath control) techniques, combined with movement and meditation to increase or decrease the flow of energy, release energetic blockages and begin to shift energy up through the chakras.
