Retreat from the cold for a luxurious two hours of guided meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga and yoga nidra (yoga sleep) in our beautiful studio heated to a temperate 25 degrees. A wonderful way to nourish, relax and renew body, mind and spirit during the cooler months. No experience necessary.
