Do want to get to know your body better and learn how to treat and eliminate pain and tension?  Join Nic Matthews, a certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, for this 2 hour workshop that will help you to live better in your body. The Roll Model® Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses Yoga Tune Up® balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage) . These unique therapy balls are both pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different layers of myo-fascia, much like a deep tissue massage. This workshop will combine self-massage techniques and breath work to help reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve mobility.  You will learn about anatomy and self-care techniques, empowering you to take healing into your own hands. $45pp (members 25% discount).
