We are turning 5! And to celebrate we are joining forces with our Grange neighbours Eco Hill Hair Boutique to bring you an afternoon of live music, food and wine and some amazing door prizes. Forgiveness Kirtan Event - A Path to Freedom

Join Brisbane based Kirtan meditation teachers Candace & Anah for an enlightening Journey to Forgiveness - A Path to Real Freedom through Sacred Sound. This is a FREE community event for all.

All the great spiritual wisdom-traditions of the world glorify forgiveness as being indispensable for authentic spiritual growth and living a happy, peaceful life. We all know that forgiveness is healthy, but why is it so hard? In this event Meditation Teaches Candace and Anah will share with you the essential spiritual keys that open the door to unconditional love and inner freedom.

The Immersive Experience includes: Guided meditation; Kirtan chants; Live music; Mala bead meditation; Mantra breath work & healthy treats.

Join the regeneration. SoHo Yoga is pleased to invite you to a special event screening with award-winning Director Damon Gameau (That Sugar Film), for his thought provoking new film 2040, followed by a Q&A. Damon Gameau embarks on a journey to explore what the future could look like by the year 2040 if we simply embraced the best solutions already available to us to improve our planet and shifted them rapidly into the mainstream. Only 10 tickets available at $16.50 per person. 6.30pm Monday 6th May (May Day Public Holiday) at Palace Cinemas, The Barracks.

Are you a small business owner? Do you like coffee? Would you like to meet and mingle with other small business owners and fellow yogis? Maybe you're seeking a new service provider, or just interested in networking with like minded souls. Join Amanda and fellow SoHo small business owners to share your stories and maybe hook up with a new client or make a new friend. Everyone welcome, from accountants to acupuncturists, as long as you are the business owner and a genuine SoHo student. Wednesday 24th April from 7.30am at Q Roasters, Stafford. Community Garden Open Day (Grange)

We’re inviting all our students to contribute to and help create a beautiful Community Garden at our Grange studio! With the consent of our awesome landlord we intend to enhance the current garden with the addition of small trees, plants and pots for all of our students and neighbours to enjoy. We will be throwing open the gates on Saturday 13th April and welcome all and any contributions in the form of plants, pots, cuttings or seedlings, and (if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty) especially time & elbow grease! In particular small fruit trees, colourful and scented climbers, palms, potted cacti & succulents would be appreciated. And if you’re a passionate and knowledgable gardener your input & expertise would be invaluable. N.B. We have 2 resident pups on the premises regularly so no plants that are harmful to our four-legged friends please. No need to register, just roll up any time between 9am and 4pm to contribute or participate. We look forward to sharing with you!
