Give your child the gift of yoga to help him or her develop body and mind awareness from an early age. Our kids’ yoga classes with Mum of four Nicole Sanders incorporate a combination of energetic & challenging poses to help develop strength, flexibility and balance, along with relaxation, breathing & meditation techniques aimed at improving concentration, confidence and self-worth in a fun, creative and supportive environment. Children will develop life-long skills to help them manage stress and find inner peace and happiness in this challenging and ever demanding world. Wednesdays 4pm - 5pm. Term Pass $99. Limited drop-in spaces available $15 casual.
