Join Bec G for this divine 2.5 hour practice & workshop. A gentle yoga flow will help to awaken the creative energy, followed by a relaxing guided meditation. We will then explore a variety of different techniques to show us how easy it is to have a creative meditation practice. Being creative is a joyful way to practice meditation without any expectations. We will give ourselves the chance of self-expression in an art journal - this mindful practice helps to bring a sense of focus and freedom.
