10.30am - 12.30pm ~ The session will begin with an invigorating, dynamic flow practice by Miriam guaranteed to leave you with a spring in your step. We will work hard, but in a staged and steady way that provides a framework for exploring transformation in your practice, physically and mentally.
12.30pm - 1.30pm ~ Lunch at your leisure. Lunch is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own or explore the local eateries.
1.30pm - 3.30pm ~ Susie will guide you in Yin Yoga with deep stretches to reinvigorate your connective tissues, hydrating them and creating space in your joints, body and mind. Following this, recharge your mind with Integrative Restoration (iRest Yoga Nidra), a transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative self-enquiry that releases stress, builds resilience and develops an inner resource of wellbeing.
