Perimenopause and menopause are a time of flux and change in a women’s life. It is also a time that has the potential to be more powerful than ever. We have explored life, nurtured our children and our careers and now have a lifetime of experience to share.
During this 2 hour workshop we will use poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that will strengthen the body, balance hormones and calm the mind to help to manage the symptoms of menopause. Let’s use our yoga practice to navigate these changes as smoothly as possible so we can be a stabilising force to those around us. $45 per person. Members 25% discount.
