Alexandra has been weaving her way through the yoga community in Vancouver and Brisbane since 2008. She feels yoga is very much a self-healing practice and believes that for thousands of years yoga has offered tools and guidance to cultivate a healthy state of being & way of living. Alexandra’s nurturing classes help students establish an equanimous, calm abiding centre to support an intuitive awareness to filter through “the time on your mat” and into your relationships, your work, and creativity. Alexandra is an eternal student of energetic healing modalities with a special interest in therapeutic yoga, kinesiology, and body psychotherapy. She has a profound gift for helping & empowering others to self–heal and find inner peace, harmony, and health.
