Most of us arrive at our 50s and 60s with more lived experience than we know what to do with. We’ve raised children, built careers, survived losses, and reinvented ourselves sometimes more than once. And yet so many of us are still asking the same question we asked at 30: am I doing this right?
What if that’s the wrong question entirely?
Aging well isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you practice, the way you practice anything that keeps revealing new layers the longer you stay with it. The Vibrant Pathway is a program built around that idea. You’ll look at how you move, how you rest, how you nourish yourself, and the stories you’ve been telling yourself about what this chapter is supposed to look like.
Our culture gives us conflicting images. On one side, there’s the superhuman 70-year-old doing triathlons. On the other hand, there’s the resignation of “this is just what happens.” Most of us are somewhere in the middle, trying to figure out which version of ourselves we’re supposed to be becoming.
When we view aging as a practice rather than a problem to solve, it becomes a creative process. A work of art that deepens with every layer, like an oil painting that gets richer the longer you work on it.

How It Works
12 Weeks, 1 Practice.
The Vibrant Pathway is delivered in 6 modules
Six modules, twelve weeks of content, yours to move through at your own pace with lifetime access. There’s no schedule to keep, no calls to show up for. You work through the modules when it suits you, come back when you need it, and keep it as a resource long after you’ve finished.
The 6 Modules
Weeks 1-2: Cast Your Vibrant Vision
Define what vibrant ageing actually means for you. This is about reclaiming your own sense of what it means to feel vibrant and alive in this chapter.
Weeks 3-4: Move with Joy
Discover movement practices that feel good in your body now. We’ll explore the Centenarian Decathlon concept – not as pressure to perform, but as a way to think about what physical capacities matter to you in your 80s and 90s, and how to train for them now.
Weeks 5-6: Nourish to Flourish
Nourishment isn’t just food. It’s also the conversations that fill you up, the rest that restores
you, the information you take in, and the beauty you surround yourself with. This is about learning what actually nourishes you as a whole person.
Weeks 7-8: Rest Rituals
Reclaim your right to rest without guilt. Learn what true rest feels like for you, and build rituals that support your nervous system rather than adding to your to-do list.
Weeks 9-10: Rewrite the Script
Question the stories you’ve inherited about aging, yes, but also about your worth, your capacity, your relationships, and what’s possible for you now. This is about seeing which stories still serve you and which ones you’re ready to let go.
Weeks 11-12: Integration & Practice
Bring everything together and design what your ongoing practice looks like beyond the program. This is about making what you’ve learned sustainable, not just another thing you did once and moved on from.
Two Ways to Join
1. The Guided Cohort – In Person at SoHo Yoga
This is The Vibrant Pathway as a shared experience. Each month you work through one module in your own time, and then we come together in person at Soho Yoga toward the end of the month to move, discuss, and integrate. You’ll also have WhatsApp access to Julie and the group between sessions, as well as lifetime access to all six modules.
This is not another menopause gathering. It’s six months of inspiration, connection, and clarity for women who want to navigate the second half of life with more ease and more joy.

Julie is a teacher, writer, and human with nearly 30 years of experience working with people through major life transitions.
She has studied thousands of hours, founded and run a thriving yoga studio, and crafted programs that help people reconnect with their bodies and their inner wisdom.
Julie writes from lived experience. She has survived what breaks most people, and she’s learned how to stay grounded when the landscape changes.
