Yin yoga is a meditative style of practice involving long deep holds in the poses and targeting the connective tissues in the body including fascia, bones, tendons and ligaments. Yin yoga is particularly beneficial for those with less mobility or seeking a deep stretch. Yin yoga also stimulates the flow of energy (Chi) through the body and it's organs, supporting the healthy functioning of the whole body and promoting overall health and wellbeing. Yin yoga is offered several times a week at both our Ascot & Grange studios.
