Tight hamstrings? Sore shoulders? Stiff lower back? This workshop targets those areas prone to tightness for those of us who love to push our bodies through our sport. 

Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a gym-goer, a Cross Fit athlete, amateur athlete, or at the elite level, this 2 hour workshop will teach you how to regularly find release in the areas that get shortened by your sport. Think of this as a chance to learn and practice some deep stretching, mobility exercises, specific trigger release, and breathing exercises - all of which will complement your training and performance.

Ellie has a background in marathon running, and all too well understands the importance of finding softness in amongst the strength. Join her for this 2 hour workshop, and leave with a range of tools you can take with you to implement in your regular training regime.
