Awakening to the Divine ~ Yoga Immersion & 200hr Teacher Training

2026 course dates & programme

Our training is offered as progressive programme corresponding with the 7 primary Chakras over 9 weekends. Training will be delivered over 2 tuition days per weekend if choosing the 18-day Yoga Immersion, or 3 tuition days per weekend (including Mondays) if choosing the 27-day (200hr) Yoga Teacher Training.

Weekend 4 ~ Sat 16 & Sun 17 May + Mon 18 May (YTT students only)

Weekend 5 ~ Sat 13 & Sun 14 June + Mon 15 June (YTT students only)

Weekend 6 ~ Sat 18 & Sun 19 July + Mon 20 July (YTT students only)

Weekend 7 ~ Sat 15 & Sun 16 August + Mon 17 August (YTT students only)

Weekend 8 ~ Sat 12 & Sun 13 September + Mon 14 September (YTT students only)

Weekend 9 ~ Sat 10 & Sun 11 October + Mon 12 October (YTT students only)

Attendance Hours

Saturdays 11.00am - 6.00pm

Sundays 9.00am - 4.00pm

Mondays 9.00am - 4.00pm (YTT students only)

N.B. All training days will take place at SoHo Yoga Grange studio.
