The Pilates Path Our Mat Pilates focuses on "The Powerhouse." Through controlled, precise movements, you build a foundation of balance and flexibility. It is less about the "flow" and more about the technical strengthening of the deep abdominal muscles.
The Yoga Path Our Vinyasa Strong and Yoga Sculpt classes develop core strength through integrated, total-body movement. It’s about finding stability while in motion and connecting to the spiritual "8 Limbs" of the practice.
Meet the Teacher: Bec Grygorgewicz Our Tuesday 4:30 pm Mat Pilates class is led by Bec Grygorgewicz. Bec’s teaching style is unique; while the work is precise and strengthening, she focuses heavily on the feeling of joy and lightness found within the practice. She ensures that while you are working hard on your posture and breathwork, you leave the mat feeling uplifted rather than just exhausted.
