Elevate with Danique
Elevate is a quarterly workshop designed to help you explore the more challenging side of yoga in a supportive, skill-building environment. Each session focuses on breaking down a peak pose into clear, practical steps so you can build strength, confidence and understanding along the way.
This quarter we’ll be working towards Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana). Through a series of drills, strength exercises and playful progressions, you’ll learn the key actions needed to safely approach this powerful inversion. Whether you’re brand new to forearm balances or already working on refining your line, this workshop will give you tools to keep progressing.
Expect a fun, curious and encouraging space where experimentation is welcome and every level can take something away.
