Yoga for Mental Health: Nervous System Reset with Nicole
In this first quarterly workshop of the Embodied Nervous System Reset series, we explore the foundations of your nervous system, the principles of Polyvagal Theory, and how to map your own states with clarity and self-understanding. You’ll learn how to “meet yourself where you are,” recognise your body’s cues without judgment, and discover simple ways to guide yourself back towards regulation.
We’ll weave together gentle movement to meet sympathetic energy, restorative shapes to soften into safety, and a guided rest meditation to settle and restore.
