June 30-Day Challenge
The days are getting shorter and the weather is getting cooler, which we all know makes it that teeny bit harder to get motivated to practice. SO our annual scheme to get you out of the house and onto the mat regularly during winter is back!
You can start your challenge any day in June. The goal is to attend 30 yoga classes in 30 consecutive days. Your daily practice can adapt to your differing needs and routine, incorporating energising flows to wake up and warm up the body, and nurturing Yin or Restorative practices for extra winter nourishment.
Don’t worry if you miss a day, you can make up a class by attending 2 classes on another day. But in order to successfully complete the challenge and qualify for 2 weeks FREE yoga you must attend a total of 30 classes in a 30-day period.
